Do you remove existing floor tiles?
We can remove existing floor tiles and prepare the floor ready for your new tiles or underfloor heating to be installed.
What kind of floor can you tile onto?
We can tile on virtually any floor surface to include Floorboards, Asphalt floors, Screeded or Concrete Floors. The preparation work required is different on all of these types of surfaces and costs vary depending on what needs to be done prior to installation of your tiles.
Do you know where to buy the best tiles from?
Yes, we know a number of great tile suppliers in Lancashire we're happy to recommend. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
Do you service the whole of Lancashire?
We cover all of Lancashire and are happy to travel and install anywhere in the Lancashire county.
Can you repair my existing tiling?
We can do some repairs, but if it involves Electric Underfloor Heating, we can't. The risk of damaging the heating cables during the work is too high. We don't do this kind of job because of that risk.
Do you do underfloor heating?
Yes, we install all kinds of Underfloor Heating, including Water "WetSystem" and Electric Underfloor Heating. We're experts in fitting these systems, and we can tailor them to your home and needs.

Are you fully insured?
Yes, we have complete public liability insurance. We also take care to protect your property from dust and damage while we work.
Do you Guarantee your work?
Yes, we fully guarantee all our work once it's done. We use only high-quality materials from respected suppliers like Ardex, Tilemaster Adhesives, and Kerakoll, among others. These materials come with a manufacturer's warranty and full technical support. If needed, we can provide a detailed list of products used specifically for your project.
What steps should be taken before the tiling is started?
- Make sure all walls are fully plastered or covered with board.
- Remove wallpaper and strip out all wall and floor coverings.
- If needed, we can take off existing floor coverings, but this will add to the cost.
Do you ask for a deposit?
Small jobs don't require deposits. You pay in full when the job is done. For bigger projects, you make payments at different stages. These stages are agreed upon and approved by you.
